FortisTCI's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy (Ethics Policy) defines the ethical behaviour at FortisTCI that reflects our values of integrity and the promotion of honest, ethical and lawful conduct.

The Board of Directors and management at FortisTCI value each employee’s input and EthicsPoint has been selected to provide employees with an anonymous and confidential method to report a suspected violation of the organization’s Ethics Policy.

The information you provide will be forward to FortisTCI by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis. FortisTCI will exercise all reasonable efforts to maintain and protect your confidentiality to the extent permissible by law and feasible to permit a proper investigation. FortisTCI will not take or allow any reprisal against an employee for reporting, in good faith, a suspected violation of ethical conduct. Finally, FortisTCI will investigate your report in a reasonable and timely fashion.
